I offer support to those experiencing anxiety, trauma, betrayal, unwanted sexual behaviors and a few other concerns. My clients are professionals and parents, and sometimes teens. I employ EMDR, Sandtray, Talk therapy, mindfulness, outdoor therapy, and VR exposures to tailor treatment. My current personal passion is to encourage anyone that (despite their best efforts) is not living the life that they desire, to exclude ADHD from possible concerns with the objective QbCheck. Is isn't hyperbole to say that treating ADHD can save a life.

I am a licensed mental health counselor with seven years of clinical experience. I have helped individuals and minors work through trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, divorce care, adjustment concerns, career changes, and many other challenges. Some treatment methods I have used are Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Relational, Solution Focused Brief (SFBT), Expressive Arts, and Motivational Interviewing. I believe that together we can identify what you need to live a more fulfilled life.

I see therapy as an opportunity to learn positive ways to respond to life's challenges, to understand and change self-defeating behavior patterns, and build a more balanced, meaningful and rewarding life. Our levels of care include prenatal preparation, traditional weekly outpatient visits and Florida's first Mother/Baby Partial Hospitalization Program (an intensive, outpatient day program). I incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy with Christian, biblical principles to address a complexity of issues within an individual, family, couple, or group that may be preventing them from experiencing physical, mental, and spiritual wholeness. Also, my husband, Adewale Disu, a Certified Life Coach, provides life coaching services to men.
