I offer both virtual or in person sessions.

I treat mostly anxiety, depression, ADHD and dealing with difficult families. Helping you to get inner validations, grow, get better connected within and less worried about external validations. Trained at Columbia University & NYU, Certified Coach, addressing realities of our challenging environment using cognitive, behavioral, psychodynamic techniques.

I will help you overcome any hardship and overall be successful in your life, gain a richer and meaningful relationship with yourself and better interaction with others. We will look carefully into the different patterns you keep repeating and identify ways to avoid past mistakes. I will be dedicated to build a safe relationship with you, based on trust.

A 45 mn virtual monthly session. I will present concrete tools to manage ADHD (Anxiety, social anxiety, procrastination, memory issues, self-esteem issue, imposter syndrome, lateness, fixation/OCD....) In this monthly session, each participant will have a chance to ask for advice, share concerns. This sis a gentle, non-judgmental support group, where participant can share a concern and I will guide using dialectical behaviorall and cognitive techniques easy to apply. We will also look at the most recent research on ADHD.
