I am a well trained and seasoned therapist and have maintained a Private Practice in Ridgefield Ct. for the past 30 years. Due to the pandemic, my practice is now fully remote through Telehealth. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, practical and solution focused. As a long practitioner of yoga and meditation, I have expertise in utilizing and integrating the principals and techniques of mindfulness and meditation into the psychotherapy experience.
I work with teenagers starting at age 18 and adults . I have specialties in CBT and EMDR for treatment of anxiety, depression phobias, ptsd and trauma resolution. Addiction is a serious problem. As a trained addiction therapist I can help you if your suffering from alcohol or substance use or abuse, internet, gaming and social media addiction.
I am the author of "Mindful Max" which is a unique children's book that combines the excitement of a childhood adventure with the helpful principles and practice of mindfulness and meditation.
