The focus is on the Here & Now using CBT & Humanistic techniques working to find solutions to everyday issues, conflicts, problems & reach resolution. I offer Telemedicine for the states I am a PSYPACT provider. I work with individuals, couples, families and businesses.
My wholistic approach includes healthier eating, exercise, stress reduction, sleep hygiene, emotional management & meditation as effective skills to guide patients to healthier lifestyles, happier families and more productive school, work & play.
Also being disabled with pain control issues I am able to help others who are also disabled.
