My primary philosophy uses a humanistic, embodied approach to somatic psychology. Using developmental based theories, I focus on healing from the inside out. Increasing positive self-awareness motivates the individual to investigate soulful changes that produce more joy and satisfaction in their everyday lives. I continue to see adults, for both assessment and treatment of anxiety, depression, and other life cycle challenges.
Although a traditional family therapist, I have spent years working as a child play therapist enjoying the creative aspects of play. Now my focus has changed to working with seniors and adults with additional experience and expertise as a Clinical Psychologist. I utilize an integrative approach utilizing a somatic understanding of positive mental health.
I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist who specializes in a Somatic aproach to Psychotherapy. Utilizing the body and its messages helps to determine developmental blocks that keep your from your potential.
