Therapy means many different things to different people. For some it is a journey of growth, self-awareness, and healing. For others it is necessary for them to survive. For some it is something they are mandated to do, and for many it is something they really want to do. No matter where you fall on this spectrum, I am here to support you through your process. I received my Master's degree from Notre Dame de Namur University in Belmont, California and have completed training with children, adults, couples, groups and families. My experience includes: drug/alcohol treatment, trauma, physical/verbal/sexual abuse issues, relationship dynamics with family, couples dynamics, and coparenting.
In addition to my clinical experience I also bring corporate experience. For 22 years I have worked for a Fortune 500 Biotech company, excelling from individual contributor to management. This organizational experience allows me to know the demands of work/life balance, challenges of a demanding profession and the struggles of managing and leading teams.
