My focus is healing trauma and building self-empowerment. I'm passionate about guiding people into intimate self-knowing. Expect embodied techniques such as awareness practices, meditation, or movement. You'll begin to release and heal old wounds, gain better physical awareness and vitality, and release negative beliefs that have kept you contracted.
I work in a body oriented manner. You're able to incorporate as much or as little of this into your sessions as are fitting. I host an online community where you can receive somatic meditations to practice with on your own. This can fuel your healing journey and instigate our private sessions.
