Are you feeling stuck? Many people seek therapy when they are lacking energy or direction in some aspect of their life. Sometimes sadness won't leave. Or anxiety grows. In addition to talking I offer a number of tools including but not limited to mindfulness, relaxation, art, dance/movement therapy, and EMDR, which is used to help people release trauma and hurt. I am always present as listener, witness and coach to the individual's strength, health and courage.
