As a creative arts therapist, I help people connect words, thoughts, and feelings to their life situations. My clients are children and adults who are facing challenges such as loss, decision making, self-esteem concerns, and trauma. People want to make changes in their lives, at home, and in the workplace or school. In our therapeutic space, clients engage in conversation therapy, and other creative methods to promote wellness and a goal-oriented outlook on life.
