There are times you just need to talk to someone. Family and friends mean well but they might say "don't worry about it" or "everyone feels like that once in awhile" but you need more. That's the best thing about therapy, the focus is you! Therapy is flexible and there can be a variety of ways to do it. I prefer a slow approach since the most important component of therapy is the relationship between the therapist and client.
Due to this slower approach clients that normally wouldn't return to therapy (ehem teenagers) have a higher return rate. The best thing to do is give me a call and we can figure it out from there. I offer a free 15 minute consultation.
