To change or not to change? One of the most frustratingly human experiences in life is wanting to change for the better only to find yourself repeating the same ineffective patterns and mistakes. This is where counseling can come into play. My practice is client-centered, strength-based, motivational, and grounded in cognitive behavioral ideas.
With a Masters of Counseling Psychology and over ten years of experience in outpatient, home-based, residential, and military settings, I have treated clients with with depression, anxiety, trauma and most major mental illnesses.
