I have experience working with a variety of clients of all different backgrounds, but particularly with professionals and older adults managing life transitions. I am an advocate for those that need their voices heard, and may feel invisible. Additionally, I have experience working with clients on the Autism spectrum, and welcome any clients seeking Cognitive Behavioral Therapy skills to help them with their life goals.
