I provide a private, non-judgmental space to work through your issues/concerns. My goals are to help you see the patterns that hold you back or keep you going in circles, to see issues in a new light with new options, and to help you make the changes you want.
I am available by appointment for ongoing or brief therapy and for one-time or occasional consultation. I don't take any insurances but can provide receipts for you to submit for reimbursement if your policy provides out-of-network benefits.
