I work to help improve executive functioning levels by finding what areas are in need of support for the individual. Helping to work on improving communication, increasing accountability while reducing shame are all areas of focus. I have a long background working w/ ADHD & generational Trauma. Services: evaluations, MIDGAS-2 Eval, executive functioning strengths & challenge evals, individual therapy, ADHD coaching & psychoeducation. Working on getting to the roots of miscommunication & misunderstandings. Clinical certification in ADHD services & coaching.
