I help children, teens, women, and families navigate anxiety, parenting, school challenges, ADHD/autism-related concerns, disability, and life's transitions using a warm, collaborative, and individualized approach. I understand that finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. My goal is to help you feel comfortable and understood from the very first conversation. You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. While I won't pretend to have all the answers, I will walk alongside you with compassion and respect as you navigate challenges, relationships, important decisions, and life transitions.
I work with women, children, teens, and families. Age 13 & under only in-person and in PA. Areas of focus include anxiety, depression, ADHD/ASD, parenting, disability, adoption, and women's issues. My attachment-informed approach with children blends play, sand tray, expressive therapies, and parent consultation to support growth and healing.
