Whether you’re grieving a loved one, or mourning the life you once knew (or hoped for), life transitions can leave you feeling unsteady, stuck, and disconnected from yourself. People around you have expectations about how you “should” be coping, while a part of you wonders when things will feel better. The reality is we live in a grief-illiterate world; “self-care” or a walk in the park isn’t always enough. Together, we’ll create space for your grief, give voice to the different parts of you, untangle expectations, and help you find your footing again. You do not have to do this alone.

I specialize in grief, not only after the loss of a loved one, but the grief that comes life transitions. I believe clients are the experts in their own lives. Drawing on narrative therapy, parts work, and your values, we’ll untangle outside expectations, understand the different parts of you, and move toward a life that feels more aligned and honest to you

The journey of moving forward and untangling what you’ve been carrying can feel overwhelming and exhausting. Love and Light Adult Grief Support Group

Low fee, year round, grief support groups. Groups run year long and participants may join on an as-needed basis. The Adult Grief support group meet virtually Wednesday mornings from 11am-12:30pm, and in-person Thursday mornings 11-12pm. Love and Light Survivors of Suicide Grief Support

The Survivors of Suicide (SOS) grief support is a group dedicated to those who have lost a loved one due to suicide. The SOS support group meets virtually, every Tuesday evening from 6:00pm-7:00pm. Group participants are welcome to join groups on an as-needed basis all year round. As a SOS participants, you are welcome to also join the Adult Grief support groups as well as the Ambiguous grief support group in addition to the SOS grief support group.
