With over 8 years of experience working with families and children focusing on de-escalation, crisis management and co-occurring diagnoses, I am adept at partnering with people to solve problems. I enjoy helping families and individuals navigate crisis and put plans together to overcome the root cause of the crisis long term. Through my career I have gained experience working with foster parents, relative (non-parent) caregivers, birth families, youth in foster care, adults and children. I enjoy utilizing motivational interviewing, play therapy, and talk therapy to support individuals in overcoming barriers and making changes.
