I help clients navigate complex trauma, anxiety, and relationship challenges through a trauma-informed and relational approach. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can heal and find greater meaning. I specialize in supporting adults healing from childhood trauma—those intense, recurring attachments that can feel all-consuming. Many of my clients are high-functioning professionals who struggle privately with self-doubt or emotional overwhelm. Together, we work to create healthier patterns of connection, self-trust, and inner stability.
My approach integrates EMDR, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques to help clients process unresolved experiences and build emotional resilience.
