If you’re a parent watching your teen spiral under pressure — anxious, moody, distracted, or completely shut down — you’ve probably already tried the “just breathe” advice, and it hasn’t worked. You want to help but aren’t sure how. I work with kids and teens who don’t fit the cookie-cutter mold — the sensitive, perfectionistic, or strong-willed ones who feel everything deeply and are worn down by stress, school, and expectations. Whether through therapy, testing, or parent sessions, my goal is to help families make sense of what’s going on and find strategies that actually work — with honesty, warmth, and zero fluff.
I use evidence-based approaches like CBT and DBT to help teens build emotional awareness, coping skills, and confidence, while also working with parents to strengthen communication and support at home. I also provide psychological testing for ADHD, learning differences, and diagnostic clarification when things feel confusing.
I help teens and families move from chaos to clarity. If you’re ready for honest, practical support that actually fits your child, I’d love to help you get started.
