Inner work is essentially about reclaiming who we actually are - gathering back the parts of ourselves we have lost to trauma, addiction, people pleasing or even the sense of emptiness that can develop over time when life is not deeply lived. I trust in your capacity to heal, and healing inevitably comes when you gain access to your own wisdom and internal guidance. I help you access that guidance using narrative therapy, IFS, EMDR, CBT approaches and others. My approach is truly eclectic and trauma informed.

My practice is compassion focused, LGBTQ+ friendly, and recognizes the systemic injustices that impact the lives of many clients.
