About
If you are feeling overwhelmed, struggling with life challenges, or simply need someone to listen, it can help to talk to a safe, caring person who also has professional skills. I have worked as a teacher and mentor for 25+ years, and as a therapist for over 10 years, supporting and encouraging people with a wide variety of issues including life transitions, stress, ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, developmental trauma, relationships, eating disorders, and addictions.
Your wellness matters to me. I am State Licensed and Nationally Board Certified. My approach is holistic and I have training in specialist techniques to help you manage symptoms, develop coping skills, and to feel better. These include Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness and Vocal Psychotherapy which integrates breath, natural sounds, and musical elements.
I currently offer Online Therapy Sessions for your safety and convenience. If you are unsure what's the next step for you, please send me an email and let's talk.
