Beginning the counseling process takes courage. My particular approach fosters personal insight, self-exploration, and somatic processing through an integration of person-centered, psychodynamic, and narrative & experiential approaches, including brainspotting, mindfulness, & expressive arts. My aim is to create a positive and affirming experience of personal introspection, expression, and healing.

My hope is to foster your own, unique process of personal exploration and growth, inner connection, and deep healing to build upon your innate resilience to manage the effects of grief & loss, life transitions, stress, and both personal and intergenerational trauma.
