I work with children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, attachment concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioral challenges, and family conflict. Using TF-CBT, CBT, person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, and attachment-based approaches, I tailor treatment to each client's unique needs.
