Hi! I’m Adelaide! I specialize exclusively in relationship therapy for queer and polyamorous partners, including couples, throuples, and other relationship constellations. My work centers on helping partners navigate identity, improve communication, and deepen emotional connection in ways that feel authentic, loving, and safe. Whether you're moving through transitions, facing challenges, or simply seeking to strengthen your bond, I provide a supportive space where all partners can feel seen, heard, and valued.

I help partners—including couples, throuples, and polyamorous relationships—deepen connection and emotional safety using Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and parts work. Together, we explore patterns, inner dynamics, and stories to build more authentic, secure, and connected relationships.

I know how challenging relationships can be, especially when identity and change are involved, but you don’t have to navigate them alone.
