If you've spent years holding it together, surviving, managing, keeping the peace, while waiting to be heard, seen and accepted, you're in the right place.
I work with people who carry wounds that didn't come with obvious names: childhood trauma, C-PTSD, workplace harm, medical trauma, grief, and the exhaustion of people who survived by becoming invisible.
Feeling safe, heard, seen and accepted is my main priority. The healing begins when all these are provided so you can feel comfortable talking about your pain, your fears, and the parts of yourself you learned to hide for surviving purposes.
I offer trauma-informed, body-aware counseling paced entirely by your nervous system. I'm trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based approach that helps process stuck traumatic memories without requiring you to talk through every painful detail.
