I’m especially passionate about working with Middle Eastern, Arab, and other marginalized individuals navigating identity, belonging, and sociopolitical stress. I also support teens and young adults stepping into independence, as well as older adults facing retirement, health changes, or loss—helping clients build resilience, restore balance, and reconnect with meaning.
Blending DBT, ACT, parts work, somatic approaches, and mindfulness, my goal is to help clients build emotional balance, confidence, and a deeper connection to themselves.
