My ideal clients feel overwhelmed, burnt out, and misunderstood—by family, partners, friends, systems, or even past therapists. Many are neurodivergent/ADHD, LGBTQIA+, people-pleasers, feel like they are "too much," and are navigating anxiety, depression, or trauma. They may also be carrying the weight of cultural expectations, marginalization, or identity-related stress. They’re functioning on the outside but exhausted from masking and want affirming therapy that honors culture and identity, and embraces their own kind of normal.
I’m EMDR-trained, addiction-informed, and provide therapy that is warm, honest, down-to-earth, and sometimes a little funny. This work isn’t about "fixing" you—it’s about understanding how your brain, nervous system, identity, and lived experiences intersect. We focus on regulation, boundaries, self-trust, and practical tools that support real life.
