I am fueled by supporting individuals as they manage some difficult challenges they may encounter; such as grief, loss, chronic illness, substance use, and depression. I help teens, adults and couples navigate experiences and emotions by using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trauma informed practices and an empowerment approach. I am passionate about working with older adults over 65 and individuals living with chronic illness through life transitions.
