My specialty is working with men to support them with life's challenges. I help men manage anxiety, shame, anger, relationship issues and career decisions. I additionally work specifically with divorce. My work supports man by developing emotional intelligence, creating relational intimacy, grieving past relationships, career discernment and ultimately developing a more calm, grounded self in order to support themselves and those around them.
I do this by helping them identify the patterns and habits that are keeping them stuck. Through naming and identifying the cause of their problems we can begin building healthier habits that will support them in their lives. The goal of our time is to help them find a more connected, present, healthier self.
