I specialize in working with kids, teens, and young adults who feel stuck in cycles of emotional distress and want to learn how to hack their brain using evidence-based strategies. I use neuro friendly, collaborative, and client centered techniques that draw from DBT, somatic work, creative arts, and EMDR when appropriate. Whether you’re wrestling with anxiety, emotional regulation, attachment wounds, trauma, or adjusting to life's challenges, our work will focus on building coping skills, insight, and resilience.
