I have experience working with adolescents and adults to address a variety of presenting concerns, with an emphasis on treating Anxiety Disorders and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD).
I help clients using Evidence-Based Treatments and behaviorally focused modalities. I believe that our greatest gift as therapists is the opportunity to hold hope for our clients' futures. I value this gift by prioritizing flexibility and authenticity in my therapeutic approach.
I have received training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure-Based Therapies, including Exposure/Response Prevention (ERP) to treat OCD. I also utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and mindfulness-based approaches.
