As human's we all want to grow and flourish! It is so difficult to do when we are alone and surrounded by the judgement of others. I offer a space where people can come to work through life's difficulties and experience acceptance for who they are. I work with clients of all ages. I am passionate about using my background in human development and family systems in the therapy space with children, adolescents, and parents. I will work with clients across a spectrum of diagnosis but I am especially passionate about working with clients with Anxiety, ADHD, and Autism and LGBTQ+ clients.
My specialties are in person centered therapy and human development. I take modalities such as narrative therapy and CBT to bring them into the therapeutic space when it feels relevant to the present situation.
