I work with emerging adults and young professionals who are somehow both overachieving and falling apart. Whether it's anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, relationship confusion, burnout, OCD, low self-worth, or big life questions that keep you up at night - you're in the right place. Maybe you're constantly second-guessing yourself, unsure of who you are or where you're headed, juggling work, relationships, school, and the occasional identity crisis - while overanalyzing every text you send, spiraling after small mistakes, smiling through the stress, and lying awake wondering if you’re doing life wrong - you’re not alone.

This is your space to be honest - with me, and with yourself. We’ll look at what’s keeping you stuck, gently challenge the lies your brain’s been shouting, and build tools that actually work in real life. When it’s time to go deeper, I use EMDR to help process old pain and stories you didn’t choose but have been carrying for too long.
