Is the word NO not in your vocabulary? Don't get me wrong, you want to say no but really struggle to actually say it and set those healthy boundaries. This means you are constantly saying yes to shit you don't want to do, leaving you burnt out and resentful. Your anxiety is also at a all time high, with racing thoughts that lead to worse case scenarios. How about your self-worth? Is that voice in your head a complete asshole, telling you "Who do you think you are?" or "Why are you trying, you know you aren't good enough." Sometimes do you feel quite numb and struggling to know even how you feel, much less to express it with others.
What if I told you, that you could stop hustling. That you are worthy of love and belonging, right now, as is. I know you call BS but that is your past trauma lying to you. You can put down the mask. You can learn to say no. You can feel safe in relationships. Instead of feeling empty, you can feel alive. Let's trade anxiety for calm and maybe some joy!
I love working with young people who want to stop being so hard on themselves, want to stop hustling for love in all the wrong places, stop surviving on little sleep, Cheetos, and weed to being able to have healthy relationships while saying no, taking actual care of themselves, and know they are worthy. Daring Greatly: GenZ

During these 8 weeks, we will focus on learning about vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. We will get specific in figuring out how each of these things show up for you, specifically shame. And how certain things you do may keep you from the connections you want. Daring Greatly is a curriculum based on the work of Brené Brown. It's focus is on becoming more brave and less perfect.
