Using EMDR and a relational, body-based approach, we'll work through the patterns rooted in emotional neglect, quiet your inner critic, rebuild your sense of self, and help you show up in relationships without losing yourself.

This is the heart of my work. I help adults heal the lasting effects of emotional neglect, people-pleasing, and trauma — including childhood sexual abuse and sexual assault. Healing isn’t about erasing the past; it’s about understanding your story, reclaiming your voice, and learning to trust yourself again. Change is possible and there is hope for you.
