My therapy style is person-centered, and I will always approach our connection with empathy and respect.
I will meet you as you are with warmth and acceptance and work with you to acknowledge and utilize your strengths to increase your wellbeing. I integrate Strengths-Based Therapy, body-based mindfulness, and a trauma informed approach to hold your therapeutic experience.
In my work with adolescents and adults, I am passionate about reducing the stigmas associated with mental health. I normalize feelings and the discussion of them, as well as help provide people with the mind and body vocabulary to express their feelings and needs in an appropriate manner.
