As a therapist, my my main goal is to create a space where it feels safe to explore and grow. I specialize in therapy for survivors of relational trauma (including childhood abuse, intimate partner violence and sexual assault) who would like to focus on healing the self and strengthening relationships. From years of working in survivor services throughout PA I have a strong understanding of CPTSD, narcissistic abuse and codependency. I am passionate about cycle breaking and strive to help clients reacquaint themselves with pleasure in a way feels safe, joyful and empowering.

I enjoy working with individuals and couples who are looking to explore sexual orientation, gender, non-monogamy, libido/ desire discrepancies, performance anxiety, pain during sex and anorgasmia. My counseling styles is a blend of person-centered with a psychodynamic framework, although I am well versed in trauma focused cbt as needed.

I am currently seeing clients in PA via telehealth with Rowan Therapy Collective. Because I am a pre-licensed therapist, I am not yet able accept health insurance. To offset this, I am committed to providing a need-based sliding scale rate to help make therapy an accessible service. I also can help folks file for victims compensation funding if interested.
