Hi, I'm Addie a LPC and Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional and a Master A.R.T. Certified Clinician. I treat children, adolescents, and adults. I help clients build upon their strengths while providing tools to develop healthy coping mechanisms and relaxation techniques. I utilize an integrative approach to counseling to help develop a healthy life balance.
Life can feel overwhelming at times, and seeking support is a brave step. I combine evidence-based methods with creativity and compassion. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space for you. Currently accepting new clients with daytime 10a-1pm availability only.
I have extensive experience helping individuals cope with Trauma, Anxiety, OCD, ADHD, Depression, LGBTQ issues and Phobias as well as working with those struggling with various life transitions and relationship issues. I am currently Certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy and am a Certified Intergrative Mental Health Professional.
I believe that almost everyone could benefit from counseling at some point in their life. I know making that first phone call is very difficult, but I try to make the process of therapy less intimidating by providing a warm and accepting environment for my clients.
