I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor in Karnes, Wilson, and Bexar County with over 10 years of experience working with adults, adolescents, and children in both the mental health and juvenile settings. I am certified in Trauma-Focused CBT as well as EMDR therapy and have a large amount of experience working with children who have experienced trauma in their lives. Through therapy and play therapy we are able to help overcome these obstacles.
I value the relationships I have with my clients and facilitate in a nonjudgmental environment, I believe that each client is unique and their treatment plan should fit their needs. We will work together to discuss your struggles and what you may find difficult at this point, life can be hard at times.
With counseling, I will help you focus on your strengths in order to develop and target opportunities for growth and self-awareness that will help you live a happier and more fulfilling life. My availability is flexible and includes daytime, evening, and weekend appointments. I also offer Teletherapy.
