I help clients with treatment of personal issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, ADHD, PTSD, anger management, abuse, and relationships. With my M.S. in Sport/Exercise Science (1996), and advanced study in nutrition, I can help you with lifestyle, nutrition and exercise.
I make use of a play area, arts/crafts area, and even outdoor space, each lending itself to activities of discovery and treatment.
