Being a parent is difficult in trying keep up with the demands of life while meeting the needs of your child’s mental health. Your child may need help in learning to identify, express, and cope with their emotions. As an adult, you may struggle to navigate the challenges of life and find a balance. I would love an opportunity to come alongside you in your mental health journey and equip you with coping tools to face these challenges. It can feel scary to take that first step, yet you don’t have to meet these challenges of life alone.
I am trained in Child-Centered Play Therapy, Child Parent Relationship Therapy, EMDR, and TF-CBT. I am passionate about using creativity with these approaches to meet the needs of my clients. I work with children within the age range of 3 to eleven. I work with adults ages eighteen and older.
