For 23 years, I have helped people understand and change their behavior and motivations using primarily a cognitive (thinking based) behavior therapy approach which examines harmful thinking that supports negative feelings, and behavior patterns, so that you become equipped to change and grow.
In a collaborative process we work together to challenge and change problematic, or painful or destructive patterns-from temporary set-backs to long standing mood disorders, ADHD, OCD and PTSD among others. I also hold a second license and certifications specialized in sexual abuse-both victim and offender, as well as sex addiction.
