Sometimes life circumstances are overwhelming. Difficult relationships, career challenges, health issues, major losses can all lead to depression and/or anxiety and feelings of helplessness and hopelessness. Working with people around these issues has been my focus for 40 plus years.
Conflict resolution in relationships, especially with couples and families has become my primary specialty. Finding joy and harmony with those we care about, I find, makes life worth living. Also, it gives me great satisfaction to help my clients discover inner strength and skills to cope with life challenges.
Working with my clients these many years has provided a world of experience and greatly sharpened my skills as a helping professional. Being a mother and a grandmother in the context of a happy 40 plus year marriage have also contributed to my understanding of life and relationships.
