My clinical focus is in the areas of eating disorders, PTSD, and dissociative disorders. I work with eating disorders including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, orthorexia, avoidant restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID), other specified feeding or eating disorder (OSFED), disordered eating, compulsive exercise and body image concerns. I also work with dissociative disorders (DID, OSDD), depression, anxiety, infertility issues, coping skills, trauma, and PTSD. I specialize in treating adults. My goal is to empower you to write the next chapter of your life.
I specialize in parts work (based on internal family systems theory), CBT, harm reduction, and attachment work. I am certified in EMDR, which is an evidence-based modality for trauma and PTSD treatment. You are the expert on your experiences while I am the expert on mental health. Together, we build a great team.
I am a member of the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals and EMDR International Association. I am also certified and experienced in providing Telementalhealth services by phone and video. I am not in network with any insurance panels. However, I do offer superbills you can submit on a regular basis to your insurance.

Having a child with an ED is a crisis for any family, and many parents struggle with how to help their child. We know that parents are their child's best ally in recovery!
