As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I have experience and training for working with families, couples and individuals. I work from a systemic perspective putting emphasis on the relational workings as they relate to any presenting problems such as Alcoholism, Addiction/Family of Addiction, Infidelity, Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Difficulties, and many other of life's struggles.
As a Family Therapist I have worked with many different people from all walks of life. My specialties and experience are working with individuals, couples and families dealing with adjustments, those struggling with relationship or marital issues, anxiety. I work collaboratively with my clients to build solutions to strengthen resiliency.
