I am honored to be given this opportunity, and my goal is to co-create a relationship built on trust so that we can work together to help you find the answers that you seek for the changes in you want in your life.
Primarily seeing clients through telehealth, I enjoy working with individual, couples, and groups. In couples work, a fellow therapist and I work together -- he working with one partner and I the other, coming together every few appointments for couple's work together. I also have several working groups which meet on a weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly basis.
In addition to counseling, I offer various types of workshops at A Sheltering Tree and lead retreats throughout the United States.
