Lacking encouragement and motivation? Is your life filled with doubt? Daily struggles and hardships with decisions in life can result in stress, depression and anxiety. For 10 years, I’ve supported those who struggle with daily stressors, mental illness and addictions. My experience ranges from working with teens to adults by using a variety of therapeutic techniques. I have assisted clients, both individually and in groups, with struggles ranging from anger management, substance abuse and relapse prevention, stress and anxiety, depression, abuse, daily stressors, and a variety of severe mood disorders.
