Are you ready to do the hard work of change? If so, let's get started. I'm not the kind of counselor that utters a few "uh-huhs" while you talk for an hour. I will challenge you and support you through the process of change and goal seeking. I'm much like a coach, teacher, learning guide, and honest friend. My straightforward Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach will teach you how to confront beliefs and behaviors that aren't serving your goals and objectives. I will challenge you to explore new ways of thinking and believing while giving you tangible skills and tools for your journey.
I'm best suited for someone seeking change in personal growth areas. The following client populations fit well with me; performance improvement, men and men's issues, goal setting and reaching, career counseling, and anyone motivated to change but needs a little guidance to get things going. I also do a small amount of couples counseling.
We are conveniently located in Sherman inside the historic Steam Laundry Building. We want you to feel comfortable and welcomed. Drinks and snacks are provided to all our guests. We offer a variety of services at affordable rates. Cost is based upon the experience level of your counselor or lifecoach.
