I am a holistic therapist trained in mental health nutrition as well as cognitive and body based modalities. I treat the whole person by looking at the mind, body, and soul interaction and how that shapes our life experience. That means, in session we will also address nutrition, exercise, nervous system, and thoughts.
I have extensive training in trauma, relationships, parent child issues, and life enhancement strategies. I am passionate about helping others reach their fullest potential and I do not take lightly the courage it takes to get there.
