I provide conversation, expressive arts, and activity-based therapies with adults, couples, and teens. I provide play therapy for children, allowing them to feel safe, express themselves, and find solutions to problems, all in their natural language of play. I also enjoy collaborating with parents and caregivers to enhance relationships with their children and ease parenting challenges.
Families have many shapes and sizes. I know first-hand the challenges and joys of living together as a blended family. After experiencing divorce, I have a passion for working with couples to develop healthy relationships and co-parent no matter what shape their family takes.
Including 15 years of service in Christian ministry, I have specialized training in transpersonal and spiritual counseling. If you wish, I can join you in exploring your spiritual beliefs and experiences and their role in your life. I work from a place of respect for all faiths and world-views.
